I first tried these adzuki beans as part of a sampling of Sprout House seeds for sprouting and I fell in love with them. They add not only great crunch to a mix, but a beautiful color. I highly recommend adding them to your mix or using them solo!

I just love Sprout Lady Rita's sprouts. I love the "certified organic" and the fact that she includes the shipping in with the order plus always seems to have sales too. The package arrived very quickly. The adzuki beans took about 5 days to sprout with long enough tails. They were absolutely delicious. I added them to my raw green salad. My other sprouted seeds are waiting in the wings for their turn.
