Chia Mango Pudding Recipe

Serves 4


2 Tbsp organic chia seeds, soaked overnight in 1 cup of cold water

1 cup vanilla flavored Greek yogurt

1 cup frozen mango pieces

1 container of fresh organic raspberries


Put the frozen mango into a food processor and chop into very fine pieces

In a large bowl, gently mix together the chia, yogurt and mango

Spoon into 4 dessert bowls and garnish with raspberries

Serve immediately
