This is the soup that warms me up after a day of working in a cold warehouse.

Sometimes, I can't feel my shins or toes, so I need this soup to get my blood circulating again.

 

It is a heaping teaspoon of whatever miso paste you like, plus some sprouted beans, in a cup of hot water.

After just one sip, I know I have toes again.
