You are purchasing one pound of this mix. This mix is suitable for your larger birds such as Cockatiels, Conures, Amazons, Cockatoos and Macaws. Contains: all Non-GMO Certified Organic Rye, Certified Organic Hard Wheat, Certified Organic Green Lentils, Certified Organic Quinoa, Certified Organic Daikon Radish, Certified Organic Sunflower Meats, Certified Organic Buckwheat, Certified Organic Fenugreek, Pumpkin and Flax. Soak all the seeds in a jar or bowl of water for 24 hours with a water change in the middle at 12 hours. After soaking, rinse with fresh water and feed.
