very fast sprouting and taste great, like a radish

Vitaliy on Mar 26th 2017

These only take about 4 days to sprout (not counting the soak night), and they're ready to eat. They have nice bright colors and bitterness just like a radish, which I love! I think I feel like they activate the kidneys to filter better, maybe it's because of the bitterness. Anyway I love them! Thank you sprouthouse!

Fast to germinate and pretty sprouts!

These along with the red cabbage from here were the first non-all-green leafy sprouts I'd ever tried sprouting, so I was a little alarmed that they started out pale yellow just like the green sprouts. But when I contacted Rita that I'd possibly received the wrong seeds, she assured me they'd turn color as they matured, and happily they did end up being cheerful green and deep pink sprouts. And as radish sprouts generally are, they're very spicy, but it's easy to mute them a bit by using them with other sprouts or to top stews or curries. So another fun 5-star seed experience from here. :)
