Sprouts and Cream Cheese Sandwich

Do you need a quick sandwich idea that is easy to make and delicious? This sprouts and cream cheese sandwich is the answer you have been searching for. With variations that include cucumbers, tomato, avocado, and smoked salmon, adding sprouts makes this a more nutrient dense food because sprouts are high in fiber, and are a no cholesterol, low sodium food.

Ingredients:
Mature leafy sprouts. We suggest Andrea’s Mix. But you can you use any leafy green sprout or sprout mix.
Sliced bread
Cream cheese – either a block or whipped
Seasonings such as salt, pepper, dill, thyme, rosemary, mustard
You can add thinly sliced cucumbers and tomatoes
Lox makes a nice special treat, too. As does avocado.

Spread cream cheese on two slices of bread;
If you want to seadon, do so now.
Layer thinly sliced cucumbers, lox, tomato, avocado, and sprouts.
Or just the sprouts.
Top off with the secon slice of bread.
